About the form:
Fill out the form below to request Tuition Assistance for PHAME classes. The deadline to submit this form is the Monday before the first week of the term. Students only need to apply for Tuition Assistance once per school year, beginning again each fall.
How much does Tuition Assistance cover?
Tuition assistance ranges from 5-80% and is awarded based on the level of need demonstrated. However, applying for assistance does not guarantee a Tuition Assistance award. Awards made in Fall Term are valid for the whole school year; students need only apply once per year. The maximum Tuition Assistance award is currently $580.
When will I find out my award?
In general, we process students’ Tuition Assistance request forms after the student is registered for classes. If you need an estimate of how much Tuition Assistance you will be awarded before you send your registration form, please get in touch with Alex at ageffel@phamepdx.org.
