Development Manager or Senior Manager

PHAME seeks an experienced fundraising generalist who embraces relationship-based philanthropy to join our Development Team! The ideal candidate will enjoy personal interaction with donors and the broader PHAME community, and will be passionate about sharing PHAME’s story to create lasting impact.

As part of our small and dedicated team, the Development Manager is integral to the success of PHAME’s mission to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead full, creative lives through arts education and performance. This position offers someone with the required skills and experience the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of development and nonprofit management.

PHAME offers a wide variety of arts-based classes taught by professional artists and we welcome applications from prospective teachers on a rolling basis. We keep applications on file for future job openings.

Online Dance Fitness Instructor

PHAME seeks an instructor for our online Kick It Up dance fitness class this Winter term (January 13-March 20, 2025). A background in hip-hop is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will be interested in continuing to teach with PHAME in subsequent terms. 

Class meets Tuesdays, 11:15-12:30 over Zoom, January 14-March 18, 2025.
