Sometimes You Wanna Go…Where Everybody Knows Your Name!

Join us for the best virtual party in town: PHAMEtastic 2022: Where Everybody Knows Your Name. It’s an over-the-top, TV-themed event, complete with a costume contest and unforgettable performances by PHAME artists. PHAMEtastic is your chance to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they pursue their passion for the arts.

Preshow: 6:00 PM
Livestream: 6:30 PM

This year’s event is free to attend—invite your friends and families!

How to participate

We have two ways to participate at this year’s event. Choose the option that works best for you! And if you’re planning to host a watch party at your house, you might just want to grab a Watch Party Package—that’s available in option 1.

Option 1: Preshow & Livestream

Preregistration has closed.

Choose this option if you want to join us for our PHabulous Preshow on Zoom! The Preshow is where you’ll find the Costume Contest and a whole lot of fun.

Second, if you plan to support PHAME, register to donate/bid and check out our exciting auction items! Bidding opens March 14.

Now you’re ready for PHAMEtastic! Here’s what to do on March 16:

At 6:00 PM, join our Preshow Zoom (Check your email for the Zoom link!)
At 6:30 PM, view our Livestream

Choose this option if you want to keep it simple and just watch the Livestream.

Watch Party Packages can only be delivered within a 25 mile range of the PHAME office. A limited number of Watch Party Packages are available.

What’s happening at PHAMEtastic 2022

Auction

PHAME’s online auction opens at noon on Monday, March 14. You can bid on a collection of outstanding items until the auction closes on Friday, March 18 at noon. Check out our fantastic auction items here! (Click here for donor support information)

Preshow and Costume Contest

Dress as your favorite TV character or show! Join us for our Best of Television Costume Contest during our Preshow to show off your outfit or just check out the competition this year. Preregister to participate, and make sure your Zoom name includes a * if you’d like your costume to be featured by our hosts.

You can even appear from the set of your favorite show! Download our PHAMEtastic Zoom backgrounds to be part of a variety of shows, from the Golden Girls to Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Check out over two dozen options—and instructions on how to add one—on our blog!

The Preshow also includes the latest laugh-out-loud video from PHAME student Brian Peccia, and our hilarious emcees Jason Rouse and Jessica Dart, so make sure to tune in!

Livestream

Join us for the main event—our PHAMEtastic 2022 Livestream. Hosted by Emcees Jason Rouse and Jessica Dart, our Livestream has it all. You’ll hear student stories, see great performances, and you can make a contribution to support our work at PHAME.

Performances

Just like at any other PHAME gala, you can expect fabulous performances. Catch the Livestream to hear some of the best music ever to grace television screens, including the theme songs from A Different World, Family Ties, Cheers, Golden Girls, Friends and more!

Make a Difference for PHAME Students

Your support matters to people with developmental disabilities in our community. Each time you bid on an auction item or make a contribution to PHAME, you’re supporting creativity and community. Accessibility

Closed captioning will be available for the Preshow and Livestream. There will be no flashing lights and no gunshots during the evening’s events. Guests needing to leave the Preshow or Livestream will be able to rejoin by clicking the provided link. We plan to share a recording of the Livestream online after the event.
