Dana (she/her) is a proud Vietnamese-American with a background in DEI in the entertainment industry. A California transplant, Dana received her bachelor's in communication and master's in communication management from the University of Southern California where she also trained as an amateur competitive ballroom dancer specializing in American Smooth. She is extremely passionate about increasing access to the arts for marginalized populations and providing opportunities for intersectional storytelling. Outside of work, Dana can usually be found practicing aerial arts on the lyra apparatus, reading romance novels, baking, or relaxing with her cat.
