Portland, OR — PHAME, Portland’s premiere fine and performing arts academy serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is thrilled to announce Bob Speltz as the recipient of the Impact Award at this year’s PHAMEtastic 2025: Surf’s Up gala celebration. The event will take place on Sunday, March 9, 2025, from 4:30 to 7:45 PM at The Avenue, located at 631 NE Grand Avenue in Portland. 

Bob Speltz is widely recognized for his outstanding contributions to the Portland community through his leadership in corporate giving, philanthropy, volunteerism and community engagement. As the senior director of community and public relations for The Standard and the executive director of The Standard Charitable Foundation, Speltz has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to fostering connection and opportunity through his work. His dedication extends beyond his professional endeavors, as Bob has served on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations, including Literary Arts, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Portland Art Museum the Oregon Cultural Trust and Our House.
