RaChelle (she/her) is an actress, playwright, director, teacher, and arts administrator, who has also held many different roles working with adults experiencing intellectual and developmental disabilities. A lifelong Portlander, she holds a BA in Theater Arts from Portland State University. Her most recent position was as the Associate Producer at Portland Center Stage, where she was also an original founder of the PCS IDEA team.  She is thrilled to have the opportunity to unite her love of the arts with her passion for increasing the opportunities, access, and representation that allows all emerging artists to shine.
