PHAME Earns "Spirit of L'Arche Award" and Proclamation from Mayor Charlie Hales and City of Portland

PHAME announced today that it was receiving two important community recognitions in June, as the organization celebrates 30 years of creating art and inspiring connections: the first annual "Spirit of L'Arche Award" from L'Arche Portland, and a special Proclamation from Portland Mayor Charlie Hales, and the Portland City Council.
